What it handles
Seven areas, one system
- Registration
- Not a Google Form. Build your own registration forms with custom fields, tie each one to a division and a season, and set an open and close date so you don't have to remember to shut it off. Share a public link — parents fill it out, pay, and they're in. Nobody re-types anything into a spreadsheet.
- Player pool
- A kid is entered once and stays a player in your organization for as long as they're with you. Seasons roll over and the roster gets rebuilt, but their history, guardians, and contact info carry forward. Import an existing roster from CSV, merge duplicate records, and restore anyone you removed by mistake.
- Teams & rosters
- Organize into divisions — 10U, 12U, 14U — then build each team roster by dragging players over from the pool. Assign jersey numbers and positions, and export the finished roster as a PDF or CSV for tournament check-in.
- Payments
- Collect registration fees online through Stripe. The money goes straight to the club's own bank account, not into an escrow you have to wait on. Offer payment plans that split a season fee into installments and let the system email a reminder before each one is due. Or turn payments off entirely and keep taking cash and checks the way you always have — the ledger tracks it either way.
- Parent access
- Guardians claim their registrations with their email, see what they've paid and what's still owed, and pay an outstanding installment from a link. No account setup, no app to download.
- Staff & roles
- Invite coaches, team managers, and other admins by email, with roles that decide what each of them can touch. Every meaningful change is written to an activity log, so you know who moved a player, who marked a payment received, and when.
- Seasons
- Switch between seasons the way you'd flip to a different page in the book. Last spring's rosters and registrations stay exactly as they were; this fall's are the ones you're working in.
